We currently deliver our boxes to anywhere within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 1st class service. Shipping cut off point is 12pm.  Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day.

 

Please note, Royal Mail is experiencing delays and strikes at times, we aim to get your parcel to you as fast as we can.

Returns & Cancellations

 

If your order is incorrect, damaged or has not arrived, please email us at info@luna-crew.com within 14 days. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos to help us help you. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible. 

 

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns.
